T-Rex Advance – Keyline Machines

T-Rex Advance is the mechanical key cutting machine for laser, dimple and tubular keys whose performance is the gold standard, thanks to a perfect combination of mechanics, design and innovation. It is the ideal choice for mechanical key cutting perfection.

Versatile. The variable angle oscillating clamp allows the optimal positioning of dimple keys with flat and inclined bitting, without the need of additional clamps and adapters. Moreover, it is also suitable for standard, Cisa®, VAG and tubular keys.
The cutting speed, from 6,000 to 12,000 revolutions per minute, allows the operator to adapt the cutting process according to the type of cutting mill installed and the type of material used for the key.

Maximum safety. The electromechanical calibration function with visual and audible checks, together with the large chip drawer and the automatic stop and accidental start prevention systems of the motor provides leading safety of every process. The whole working area is lit by special LED lights that prevent any reflected glare.

Strong structure, fluid movements. Thanks to its structure with carriages moving along ball bearing guideways, vertical suspension for dimple keys and side suspension for laser keys, the T-Rex Advance offers a completely vibration free and incredibly fluid performance in the cutting of keys. The T-Rex Advance is also equipped with a LED panel with buttons and arrow keys to facilitate the calibrating and cutting operations.

Ease of use. The system of ergonomic levers and knobs, wide platform, excellent visibility of the working area, and the integrated cutting mills holder bay make T-Rex Advance exemplary in terms of ergonomics and efficiency of use.

Innovative motorised tools positioning system is patent pending. The system makes changing the tools more efficient, without manual maneuvers, so that it is possible to start cutting a dimple and laser key immediately.
